If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or simply want to exchange your purchased item, you can return your order.

You may wish call us prior to sending your goods back on 02 9723 3288 or alternatively email us at [email protected] with your request and we will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging your item/s.
Conditions:
- You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from date of order.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and unopened in the original box and/or packaging.
- Once your return is received, it is inspected and processed within 48 hours. Your exchange item will then be shipped within 24 hours and additional delivery charges may apply.
- In the case of exchange of faulty goods no additional delivery charge will be applied.
- Refunds will be credited back within 48 hours of receiving your return to the same account your purchase was originally paid from minus original shipping fee.
Please note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your bank account.
